Orders shipped are shipped via UPS 2-day. Our goal is a 2-day and no more than 3-day transit time to keep shipping cost reasonable. Shipping is $45 per order, seed material is $20.
*Ship days are not guaranteed. If an order is not shipped according to the ship schedule we will contact you to set an alternative ship day.
*We may contact you to setup up an alternative ship date if your area is or will be affected by extreme cold or other severe weather.
*We cannot be held liable for damaged rock during transit, or any losses due to carrier delays, mishandling, or weather. We try hard for our rock to arrive to you in the best condition possible. However, breakage is possible due to the delicate nature of this natural rock.
*Rest assured your success is our number one priority and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution if a problem occurs.
Orders are shipped wet in up to 40lb boxes, wrapped for protection and moisture management. Arch pieces are shipped separate from standard rock.
*We currently ship to the lower 48 states only.
